The 3rd episode of my series looking for a relaxing spot in Singapore brings me to East Coast Park beach. As soon as you reach the waterline, with the bubbly surf lapping at your feet, the sense of space is amazing. Alas, you also become aware of a sinister sound that pierces the delightful tranquility.
